Friendly. Caring. Detail focused. Good communication. Good technology integration. Familiar with military subsidy programs. We couldn't be more pleased with Primrose. My son thrived under the love and care of Ms. Kari in infants, and transitioned smoothly to the growth and learning Ms Cintia and Ms Arailya provide. He is happy to go to school every day, with Ms Aysha and Ms Trinity and the best part of my day is when his teachers upload pictures of him having fun and learning.

Our 3-year-old niece was placed in our custody in August and has been attending Primrose School for the last 6 months. She has been through so much in her young three years and we were looking for a loving, supportive environment for her. Our biological daughter attended Primrose when she was young, and her experience was incredible. When we reached out to Primrose Briargate Campus, she was immediately welcomed with open arms. She came to them with trauma, separation anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and an overall distrust in people. Abigail worked hard to welcome her, on our niece’s terms, and provide a healthy environment for her to thrive. Abigail led her team by example and would often take our niece into her personal care at school when needed. Her team of professionals, in all aspects of the school, go above and beyond to make our niece feel seen, cared for, and safe. We are greeted every morning at the front desk and then again in the classroom with enthusiasm and kindness. We have learned what routine works best for our niece during drop off, and the staff has been patient as we’ve developed this. They wrap around her with open arms, and she looks forward to going to preschool each day! Our niece loves her teachers and knows them each by name. She has made many friends in her class and as we leave each day, she likes to stop by classrooms and the front office to say goodbye to staff. There isn’t a single staff member that doesn’t know her by name. We would be hard pressed to pick a favorite as they are all so nurturing and wonderful. She has grown in her academics, but most importantly, her social emotional growth has flourished because of the staff at Primrose. Teachers document her academics and activities each day. An email is sent to us when we sign her out outlining check in, check out, meals, naps, bathroom, and the lesson of the day. They even take time to snap photos of her throughout the day, which we love to see! It is comforting to know how she does each day and allows for evening conversations on the highlights of the day. We could not be more blessed to have these individuals in her life. Words could never capture our appreciation, respect, and gratitude for these adults. Thank you for being an imprint on her life and allowing her to trust, to learn, and to love. A special thank you to Abigail for making this possible.

Our 3-year-old son has been attending Primrose School of North Colorado Springs since they opened. The current management has created a nurturing and safe environment where he can learn from the dedicated staff and from his peers. We can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff, our son absolutely LOVES his teachers! Even though he's only 3 we've seen significant improvements in problem solving skills, love for reading, and general knowledge. The lessons around caterpillars changing into butterflies was a particular favorite of his. Additionally, Primrose provides opportunities for both structured and unstructured play. We were impressed when they began offering during-the-day sports clinics (via a partnership with Soccer Shots) and our family has thoroughly enjoyed the after-school events and Parent's Nights. We've recommended Primrose to multiple friends now and consider ourselves fortunate that it is run by such outstanding management.
