We absolutely love Primrose School of Redmond! We moved to Washington last year, and before that our daughter attended Primrose in Virginia. When we started looking at daycares here, we were honestly surprised by the difference between the cost and the quality many schools offered. Many well-known daycare brands charged similar tuition, yet operated out of older buildings, served frozen meals or in-organic milk, and even charged extra bucks for lunch and snacks. It wasn’t until we started asking detailed questions that we truly appreciated everything Primrose Redmond provides. Like other Primrose schools, they have an in-house chef and kitchen. The children are served freshly prepared, nutritious meals made with organic ingredients, including organic milk. The chef does an incredible job—even picky eaters seem to enjoy the food! As a parent, it’s one less thing to worry about. Another detail we appreciate is that parents don’t have to send cots or bedsheets. Everything is provided, washed, and maintained by the school. It reflects the level of care and organization that goes into every part of the children’s day. One thing that really stands out is how valued the staff seem to be. Happy, respected teachers create a positive environment for children, and I truly believe that shows here. Everyone genuinely enjoys being around the kids, and that warmth is evident every day. Since joining Primrose Redmond, our daughter has grown tremendously. She’s learned good manners, storytelling, independence, and social skills. As a vegetarian, we’ve also appreciated how carefully the school respects her dietary needs without making her feel different. I truly feel like I’m leaving her in the care of people who reinforce the same values we hope to teach at home—with kindness, patience, and love. The owners Ms. Lipi and Mr. Pankil are frequently present at the school, which says a lot about how invested they are. They know the children, interact with families, and clearly care about creating an exceptional environment. Ms. Huma deserves special recognition for building such an amazing team. She seems to have a wonderful ability to hire people not just for their qualifications, but for their compassion and genuine love for children. Every teacher and support staff member we’ve interacted with has been caring, patient, and nurturing. Even when teachers float between classrooms, our daughter feels comfortable, loved, and excited to see them. It takes a truly special person to care for young children every day with so much patience and affection, and we’ve consistently experienced that at this school. I can honestly say I’ve never witnessed a teacher speak harshly to or mistreat a child. Some parents prioritize live cameras, but we’ve never felt the need. You can tell when your child is thriving. They come home happy, more confident, eager to share what they learned, and excited to go back the next morning. That’s worth more than any camera feed. The school also keeps parents well informed through the Procare app with daily updates, photos, detailed activity summaries, meals, naps, and classroom notes. They follow a structured curriculum while making learning fun and engaging. I could go on and on about everything we appreciate, but in short, this school is truly a gem. We feel incredibly fortunate to have enrolled before it developed a long waitlist. If you’re considering childcare in the area of Kirkland , Bellevue , Redmond, I highly recommend Primrose School of Redmond. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter.

Our family moved here and had a hard time searching for a school. Nothing really felt right for our children but going through big changes is hard and we were hopeful. Due to opening dates, we did end up having to place our children at another center prior to Primrose and did not have a good experience to say the least. When Primrose opened we made the switch and we're so thankful we did. The curriculum and education has been unmatched from where we were at, and I feel so much more informed of how my children are doing. Learning is really important to us and I wanted to make sure my older son was challenged since he already had a good understanding of letters and and letter sounds before we moved. In just a few months of starting Primrose, he has already begun to read and write sentences! I also appreciate the level of love and attention from not only the teachers, but the management staff and owners. There was a night my daughter did not have the best sleep and after telling the teachers when I dropped her off, I received several messages with updates and even pictures of her playing and happy. I just can't say enough good things.
