I moved to Austin, Texas from northern Minnesota early in 2009 and I was eager to start my career in education. Before I moved to Austin, I had done research on schools that I wanted to apply at. Primrose was at the top of my list. I couldn't be more happier and more proud to be a teacher at the Primrose School of Southwest Austin. Working in the early childhood education field is so rewarding to me and I couldn't have chosen a better place to begin my career! Primrose has allowed me to grow in my career with them so much in the 3 years I have been here. I first started out at the Shady Hollow School as an assistant in Preschool, was promoted to Preschool Lead Teacher with the opening of the Primrose School of Southwest Austin and now I am now opening the school in the mornings as well as teaching Junior Pre-K. I love teaching the curriculum that Primrose provides and I really do believe it is the BEST foundation for a child's education. The owners and management are amazing and are very supportive. They are always willing to help me so I can better myself and my teaching skills. Thank you Primrose for all you have done for me!

My child can read because of Primrose School. Since I enrolled him in Primrose, my son has learned more math, writing, and reading skills. The constant dedication of the teachers in Private Kindergarten, who are with the children everyday make all the difference. We leave our children to them during the day and we are confident they will be engaged, cared for, and nourished. I am glad I enrolled my son in Primrose School.

Our son started at Primrose School of Southwest Austin on opening day. We were looking for a school that would build a strong educational foundation for our son, and we found it! It's been an amazing experience for us to watch our son's progress in the last year and a half. He is learning so much, adores his teachers, and looks forward to going to school. We love when he comes home singing songs that he learned at school. The most recent songs have been “Please and thank you are the magic words” and “Skip to my Lou” They get stuck in my head for days. At Primrose, not only do we feel secure knowing that he is in a loving environment, but the Primrose administration has always been available to answer our questions and provide assistance whenever we've needed it. We highly recommend Primrose School of Southwest Austin to anyone looking for a school for their children.

We love our Southwest Austin Primrose! The communication between teacher/ parent is fantastic! Always filling us in on the great moments we missed thru the day. Our son looks forward to school every day! They are always doing great art projects, field trips, even teaching our little one the importance of giving back to the community. I was so happy to find a great school with the same values that we have as a family!!

My girls started at Primrose almost a year ago. It has been THE BEST experience. All of the teachers really care about my daughters and they have flourished. My youngest daughter's language improved dramatically once she started and when she was ready to be potty trained, she had it down in no time. My oldest daughter has been writing her name and working on writing her letters for months now. She is also doing some basic math. She is engaged with science and impresses us daily with the different things that she has learned. My husband and I are really impressed will all of Primrose and are thankful that our girls are in such a fantastic school!
