My two sons were in Ms. Riki’s care from the time they were about six months old until they were three years old. Over those three years, she became such an important part of their lives. To say that she helped raise them would be an understatement. Ms. Riki provided them with nutritious meals, fun and engaging activities, and lots of wonderful music. She was also incredibly diligent about keeping us updated, carefully logging their diaper changes, nap times, and meals, while taking plenty of photos so my husband and I always knew our boys were happy, safe, and well cared for. But the very best thing about Ms. Riki was the way she made our children feel truly seen. She empowered them through her patience, encouraged them to explore and grow, and showed them so much love and kindness. Our kids absolutely loved going to her every single day, and it was clear how much they loved and trusted her.
