In 2017, we opened Santa Clara Little Learners with the goal of providing a loving, stimulating, and challenging environment with a play-based curriculum that is carefully planned by the staff. Play-based learning - at its core - is that learning should be fun. Here we implement that style of learning every day, with inspiration from Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies, so children can learn through hands-on experiences and active play. We encourage children to be inquisitive because when children ask questions, they are more likely to understand and retain the information.
