Parent Reviews
When we unexpectedly had to find a new daycare for our 6 month old, we thought finding Sara's Home Daycare in our own backyard was too good to be true. We scoured reviews and accreditation, and were so impressed by what we were reading that we were hopeful it would be a good fit. And at every turn, Sara and Elsa have made our family feel safe, extremely well cared for and wonderful. The way our son's face lights up to see them in the morning is truly special. We have so much to thank Sara and Elsa for! We feel incredibly lucky to have found and been warmly welcomed into their care.
Sara and Elsa were a god send! I came across them on the Nextdoor app when I was looking for full time daycare for my infant before I returned to work. Elsa was like our fairy godmother. She held my daughter for the first time and she fell asleep in Elsa’s arms. Sara was always available via text and provided updates as my daughter got used to the new daycare schedule. They had great hours for working parents. They really care for their kids. I highly recommend working with them if they have the space. I was very sad to have to say goodbye when we moved out of the area.
Both of our children attended Sara's in home daycare over the past 5 years. We always felt that Sara and Elsa were nurturing care givers and that our children were well looked after. Having peace of mind while you are at work... knowing that your children are loved and having fun is priceless. Our children still ask about Sara and Elsa because they clearly made a lasting positive impression =)
My daughter has been going to Seminary Daycare for a year and a half now and it’s the best thing I ever did. Letting go at first was the hardest for me as it was getting hard on me to work from home as my curious 8 month old was growing. She loveess Ms Sara and Ms Elsa, as they are a well experienced daycare provider. They’re basically part of our family now! It’s been so beautiful to see all the babies grow to toddlers and how happy our kids are here. Hours are 8am-6:00pm Mon-Fri. They have their own gated playground. I recommend this daycare 110%. And I have lot’s of good things to say about this place! ❤️
Finding childcare is hard. And as a first-time parent, I was nervous about finding someone who I could trust enough to leave my child with all day. And then I met Sara. My daugher was living her best life in her care - always happy and excited in the mornings to see Sara and Elsa, and devastated that I had the nerve to come and pick her up to go home at the end of the day. (Seriously, there was not a single day, not even one, that she cried at drop off or didn't want me to leave... and once she started walking, she'd run inside to give Elsa a morning hug.) I always knew my child was safe, being nurtured, and loved while in Sara's care.
Finding the perfect daycare provider for our children was no easy task, but from the moment we walked through the doors and met Ms. Sara, we knew we had found something special. The warmth and dedication of her and Ms. Elsa were immediately evident, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. They immediately became an extension of our family. From the start, it was clear that Ms. Sara is more than just a daycare provider; she creates a loving community where children thrive. Ms. Sara and Ms. Elsa go above and beyond to create an environment filled with care, patience, and affection. Our children have not only felt safe and valued but also loved and supported every single day. They adapted to the daily schedule we desired, and supported with all developmental milestones. Ms. Sara consistently went above and beyond to ensure our requests were honored. The facilities are always clean, inviting, and thoughtfully arranged to stimulate learning and creativity. The daily activities are engaging and thoughtfully planned, providing a wonderful balance of education and play. It’s clear that Ms. Sara is not only skilled but truly passionate about what she does. Communication with parents is seamless, and we always feel informed and involved in our child’s development. The personalized updates and the genuine interest the staff show in our child’s progress and well-being are incredibly reassuring. Ms. Sara has exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will receive tons of love, care, and be part of a nurturing environment, we highly recommend. It’s a place where children not only learn and grow but feel truly cherished.
I could not have dreamed up a more perfect my first baby, who had just turned one year old when we enrolled. As a new mom, I was terrified to let anyone else care for my baby other than me and my own mother. Because it was getting harder to work from home with a growing and curious toddler, I had to find help. And friends of friends pointed me here! And thank God they did. My daughter is in the best possible hands. She shows me how happy she is to be there because she gets excited when we arrive each morning, and sometimes cries when it’s time leave in the evening! The providers also give me peace of mind by giving me photo and video updates every day, and reports on how my baby ate, what cups she prefers the drink milk from, and all the little things that new moms like me need to feel confident. They are real pros! And they nurture and educate too - my baby learned to walk and talk here, and she comes home with new skills all the time! What I thought would be the most difficult transition of my life became the most beautiful because I worry less and can focus on work. Or just taking care of myself! And knowing that my baby is not only receiving loving attention, but also developing physically and intellectually, just makes me the most grateful mom on the planet.
