My daughter has been going here for 2 years. We have been extremely fortunate to find Scribbles & Giggles as the owner Kristy Duell and her husband Gary have demonstrated a deep level of compassion and commitment to our daughter. We find this is the perfect balance: a home-based licensed daycare with small adult-to-child ratio which allows the children to be cared for in a dedicated, attentive and caring manner. Kristy takes safety and the well-being of children very seriously; when we drop off our daughter each day, we always leave with a sense of relief knowing she is in experienced and LOVING HANDS. The philosophy of Scribbles & Giggles is to make learning FUN!!!! 😊The kids learn through various means of art, music and play (indoor/outdoor). We have noticed tremendous growth in our toddler both socially & emotionally. Kristy is very approachable and knowledgeable when we have a question about our daughter’s development (ie: is she talking enough for her age?) and always takes the time to actively listen and explain her thoughts and is attentive to our needs as new parents. Our daughter adores going to daycare every day and not once has ever resisted going. In fact, she tells us about her day at dinner each night and considers some of the other kids there her best friends (including Kristy & Gary) :) We just had our second child and will no doubt be enrolling him in a few months so he can experience the same social benefits and rich learning environment. My brief description of myself was stay at home momma for 10 years that needed to desperately go into my career as a Registered Nurse. I’d love to say I searched high and low for a great daycare but this place kinda just fell into place. It’s actually 3 min from my house which I’ve lived in for 17 years, so I know the neighborhood is very safe! Fast forward to a year since my child has been attending this daycare, it’s simply the best decision I made. My child has made huge strides in education and social skills. During the current pandemic my son has also joined due to no school. Talk about a life saver taking on an extra kiddo when I was in need. It was the hardest thing ever to go from stay at home mom to leaving my kids to be cared by someone else. 100% I would never take them anyplace else. Kind, caring, respectful and most importantly FUN for my 4 year old and my 9 year old. Thanks Scribbles and Giggles! 💕💜💕💕💜💕💜

This daycare is AMAZING!!! It's so hard to find good care, but Kristy and Gary go above and beyond! What impressed me the most is how they actually CARE about the kiddos! This makes such a difference from other care centers. Kristy understands each individual child's moods, needs, what phase they're going through, what they talk about, etc. It's like every child is her own. I know my son is loved here. The few cats that are brave enough to venture into the playroom are like teddybears when the kids interact with them. I've walked in on my son using one cat as a pillow, and that cat was purring! The outdoor area is so cool. Not only are there play sets for the kids, but Kristy actually does gardening activities with them. Art projects are proudly displayed throughout the daycare. Every child has their own art cubby and another cubby for personal belongings, like extra clothes or a special blanket. I can't stop bragging about this place to all my friends. I want everyone to use this daycare because of how amazing it is! I'm constantly referring parents here even though there's no compensation for me. It's THAT GOOD. Trust me, your child will love it here and they will be loved!
