Description provided by the business.Our Spanish Immersion Childcare and Preschool Program is designed to provide young children with a rich, Spanish learning environment where they can develop language skills, cognitive abilities, and social-emotional growth through immersive, play-based experiences and consistent daily routines, while exposing them to the latin culture. We believe that children learn best through play and exploration in a structured and nurturing environment. Our immersion program allows for the natural acquisition of the Spanish language, while developing a lifelong love for learning and exploration.

I cannot recommend Semillitas enough. My son absolutely loves it and has learned so much since joining them over a year ago. I can tell the love and dedication his teacher Paola puts into every lesson plan and works through my son’s challenging days. It’s reassuring to leave him in a place where I know they are safe, cared for, fed and instructed through fun activities every day. I especially love the incorporation of ethnic food provided for him. My infant will soon be joining the Semillitas family, too. Thank you Mirella and team for being incredible educators.
Semillitas has been amazing. My son is two and has been very resistant to going to childcare, and very resistant to engaging in any activities, snack, or toileting once there. The staff at Semillitas is so thoughtful and caring. They worked hard to clue in to my son's needs and then they met his needs in a way that allowed my son to become completely in love with their staff and their program. He is thriving now. He has so much fun each day. He brings home his circle time songs and dances, he's gained about 20 Spanish words in a month. Words he uses regularly now at home and in the community, despite knowing zero Spanish a month ago. I cannot thank them enough for the love they give him.

Mirella and all of the teachers do such a wonderful job creating a welcoming and caring school environment. My child not only loves their teachers and classmates, they are also speaking and understanding Spanish, prepared to enter kindergarten, learning social skills, and becoming more independent everyday. We've loved our time at Semillitas!
Our son loves it here! He is well cared for and the variety of toys and activities keeps him engaged and active.
My daughter has been a part of Semillitas early development for just over 6 months now and has Loved every second of it. Her motor skills, problem solving skills and interaction skills have been improving at an exponential rate. We couldn’t be happier with teacher Mirella and her team. We are happy to have our daughter in Semillitas since she was 9 months old. She is now about 22 months. We haven’t had any concerns about her care and we love how happy she always is to arrive there. We’ve been able to get nice developmental feedback and communicate our questions. There is obviously great effort put into the learning programs and activities. I am so grateful that this is a screenfree environment, with outdoor play, diverse foods and culture, and an emphasis on child development. We are excited to learn more about our daughter’s experience there once she starts to talk.
We love this place! It's a gem. The energy they put into curriculum and caring for kids is exceptional. I looked for a long time to find this quality of care. There are not a lot of immersion programs around so it was a blessing when they opened up and my child is thriving. It's also a huge plus they serve healthy food and create a strong community with holiday and birthday celebrations. They also do an amazing job with monthly themes, activities, and bi-annual conferences.
