Parent Reviews
We absolutely love Sion! Our daughter started at 4 months and has been at Sion for almost 2 years. Our daughter absolutely loves going to daycare, and that's due to the loving environment Sandra and Edson have created. Sandra and Edson are so loving, thoughtful, and know each child on an individual level. They're also extremely communicative (many pictures/updates throughout the day on Brightwheel) and respectful and kind towards any parent requests. Sandra and Edson are always coming up with new ways to keep the kids engaged, from celebrating different holidays/birthdays, to artwork, to water play on hot days, and so much more. Our daughter learns so much at Sion -- new words (Spanish and sign language), dances, animals, social skills, motor skills, and more. The kids are great friends, with Sandra and Edson teaching them how to play together. There's a wonderful parent community, and Sandra and Edson have welcomed us into their community as well. Choosing Sion was one of the best decisions we made as new parents. We're so grateful to have Sandra and Edson's care for our daughter!
We love Sion Daycare and are sad to leave (because we will transition to a preschool). We started our son here at 5 months and have seen him grow SO much (from hating bottles, learning to eat, learning to share, etc!). They do a great job posting photos and updates and I know they care for the children so much (like others, my son often runs to daycare without saying bye now). I feel like not only are they caring, they provide stimulating activities (park time, story time, coloring, etc) and yummy snacks. Another plus is community we've built here at Sion. Another sad reason for leaving Sion is leaving all the friends my son has made this past year. If you're looking for a clean, caring place built on community, you'll want to check out Sion!
We brought both our daughters to Sion Daycare from about 6mo- 2 years. Sandra and Edson are incredibly warm and loving with the kids and we felt confident they were cared for like at home. They introduce new and stimulating toys and activities and the kids enjoy the nearby playground. My kiddos clearly got a boost with milestone skills like using utensils and potty training, thanks to their patient caregivers and the small peer group. It is the BEST to drop your toddler at school and see them confident and so excited each day, that they almost forget to wave bye!
We love Sion daycare, and feel lucky to have found Sandra and Edson. Our son started at 4 months and stayed until 2y3mos. He runs into their arms when he arrives and misses them during breaks. Sandra and Edson are so warm and loving from the beginning, and very responsive to any questions or requests from parents. They often provide home cooked snacks, which my son enjoys more than the food I send. They regularly go on outdoor excursions to the playground 2 blocks away or to the communal rooftop of their building. They diligently post photos and updates in Brightwheel. They encourage Spanish language learning, music, books, painting and drawing, building with blocks, social play, indoor kid pool when it’s hot, and more. I highly recommend Sion!
