Parent Reviews
My daughter has been attending the West 86th Street KinderCare for about a year. Before that she was at a day care where the staff was wonderful but there was no learning component. Now, not only is she cared for by a wonderful, caring, and credentialed staff, but she has truly blossomed under their care and with all of the social and educational learning opportunities that she gets to experience daily. My two year old now knows her ABC's, numbers, colors, and animals. She has learned about nature, is learning how to write, her speech has greatly improved, and has made some good friends. I have no doubt that she'll be ready for kindergarten and beyond.
Leaving my child and going back to work has been one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. My daughter has been enrolled at KinderCare since she was three months old and they have made being away from her so much easier. The infant room teachers were so supportive during that beginning transition time. They were also supportive that we were breastfeeding and worked with me to figure out the right amount of milk to send each day. Our daughter has moved to the toddler room and it is amazing to see the curriculum at work as her social and motor skills develop. Our family and friends always comment on how quickly her skills are progressing and my husband and I always give credit to KinderCare. The staff consistently handles every situation with open communication and professionalism. They have also been really terrific about our dietary preferences. I know this can be a pain, but they reassure me that they understand that I am just trying to be the best mom for my daughter. I highly recommend this KinderCare to any parent.
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding patience, professionalism and care provided by the at KinderCare development center. KinderCare has been providing care and academic development to my son since he was 8 weeks, he is now 3 and in Ms Angela’s preschool class. I have seen this center, and the children grow and flourish under Jessica Langlais’ leadership as Director and Amber Lane Asst Director. The center’s aesthetics are bright, fun, and more importantly reflective of the children they service. There is a welcoming atmosphere at the initial entrance into the center and beyond. The beautification project that has taking place on the grounds to include landscaping, floral and playground areas is very much impressive and a direct reflection of the pride and dedication Jessica and her staff have in their center, the children and families. This center sets a high standard of quality and service to their patrons. Many Thanks!
