Like many parents, dropping my baby off at daycare for the first time was a difficult, emotional experience. The teachers were very patient and gave me hugs and encouraging words when I left him for the first time. Soon after leaving I recieved an email from the center director, Ms. Kelsey with the words, "He is doing great!" and several pictures of my son having an amazing time playing with the other kids. As the months have gone on, my son has learned to crawl, walk, use a spoon, and even nap at KinderCare! The staff frequently send us emails with picture updates throughout the day to celebrate his accomplishments with us. Every morning, he is so excited to see his favorite teacher, Miss. Nicole, that he leaps into her arms like he's seeing a long-lost friend! He spends time with kids him own age and enjoys making crafts. We are so happy to have found a place where the staff treats our son like family.
As first time parents, looking for childcare was overwhelming and quite frighting. We toured countless options all offering different things. Finally after almost having our decision my husband passed by KinderCare. We loved the location and quickly gave the center a call. Ms. Kelsey met with us with such a big smile. Our tour was not just a tour but a conversation. When our first day approached I was dreading the drop off time however, the teachers quickly welcomed us with warm smiles, helped put our belongings away, and answered any questions we had. To my surprise a few hours into my first day back at work we received an email of our child smiling and laughing in his teachers arms. Since our first day drop off and picks ups are always the same.... A joy! We look forward to being here for many years to come!
Our experience with KinderCare has been wonderful from the very beginning. Ms. Barb was so friendly and accommodating. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. Nehemiah has adjusted so well thanks to the wonderful teachers at his “school” and they love him like he is one of their own. He loves to come learn and play with his friends. I am amazed every day at the new things he has learned and how his social/people skills are growing. The support, encouragement, patience and care are more than we could ask for. I couldn’t imagine having him anywhere else.
