We offer a rich, hands-on curriculum that includes E-STEM, reading, language, art, and geography, emphasizing self-directed, experiential learning. Children are encouraged to develop at their own individual pace within a thoughtfully balanced environment that supports both quiet focus and active exploration. In addition to sensorial and language work, students engage in practical life activities designed to foster independence, confidence, and responsibility. Description
At Sonnet we take advantage of sunshine filled days and warm weather to allow children to enjoy and explore the outdoors by visiting the playground and the neighboring park, taking hikes, exploring the woods and even bringing our Montessori work outdoors! We also create a fun-filled summer by exploring themes carefully selected to be both fun, educational and encourage creative thinking. Themes are introduced throughout the day in both group presentations and individual exploration opportunities. Each two or three week session features hands on activities or experiments, projects, artwork, and field trips or in house workshops. Every Friday, weather permitting, is “water day” at Sonnet Montessori! Bring an extra change of clothes for your child as they will enjoy a variety of outdoor activities using water.

For Exploring Preschool, Mr. Isaac and Ms. Jocelyn are a great team! Each month they provide a newsletter that outlines the meal schedule, upcoming activities (ex. Waterday in August) and outlines the education topics for the month.
Our two sons attended Foundation Hill up until we moved in 2024. Our first son started when he was just 1 and we really enjoyed the teachers he had from his toddler years up until he left for kindergarten. Our second son started when he was 6 months old and his infant classroom welcomed him as one of their own! We felt so fortunate to have bee a part of this daycare the past 4 1/2 years and so enjoyed the effort and attention they gave to the children's big moments such as their Christmas program and graduation celebration.
Both of our children have attended Foundation Hill Montessori and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Murli and the staff are so kind and incredible with the children. Ms. Teekadai, Ms. Katie, Ms. Janet, Mr. Caden and all of the other classroom staff have helped to raise both of our girlies into kind, independent and smart kiddos. I cannot say enough good things about Foundation Hill.
We absolutely LOVE Foundation Hill. The director, educators, and staff are wonderful. I know my child is receiving excellent care here. The facility is well appointed and always so clean. We feel so lucky to have found this gem.
My 2 children attended Foundation Hill from age 4 months to 5 years old. The quality of care, cleanliness, and education provided has been amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the teachers, management, facilities. Would recommend to anyone.
