Our program serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and is rooted in the Montessori philosophy. We offer a rich, hands-on curriculum that includes E-STEM, reading, language, art, and geography, emphasizing self-directed, experiential learning. Children are encouraged to develop at their own individual pace within a thoughtfully balanced environment that supports both quiet focus and active exploration. In addition to sensorial and language work, students engage in practical life activities designed to foster independence, confidence, and responsibility. Description
At Sonnet we take advantage of sunshine filled days and warm weather to allow children to enjoy and explore the outdoors by visiting the playground and the neighboring park, taking hikes, exploring the woods and even bringing our Montessori work outdoors! We also create a fun-filled summer by exploring themes carefully selected to be both fun, educational and encourage creative thinking. Themes are introduced throughout the day in both group presentations and individual exploration opportunities. Each two or three week session features hands on activities or experiments, projects, artwork, and field trips or in house workshops. Every Friday, weather permitting, is “water day” at Sonnet Montessori! Bring an extra change of clothes for your child as they will enjoy a variety of outdoor activities using water.

We love have loved our experience at Sonnet! Our children are thriving and love going to daycare each day. The teachers and staff communicate frequently and I feel like they are invested in the development and nurturing of my children.
My boys have been going to sonnet since they were infant/toddlers! They love going to school everyday and seeing their teachers and friends! Staff overall always meeting our expectations and loving our boys unconditionally!
We absolutely love Sonnet! My kid started in Infant class it’s been an amazing journey with them for past 2 years. Teachers are very caring, they have an educational learning environment filled with fun activities, lot of focus on movement and outdoor playtime.
Sonnet feels like a community with a team and resources to help you integrate Montessori living into your home to ensure continuity of care for your children. Amazed at the progress and skills they teach. My three year is already doing simple math!
