Free program offering home-based and center-based services to pregnant women, infants, toddlers, preschool children, and families. Services include family education, parent support, employment and education services, child development, nutrition, and health screening. Infants and toddlers are provided with weekly home visits by a teacher providing educational lessons and support in addition to center time being offered. Full-day care is offered for working parents who have child care needs during center hours. Children participate in age-appropriate curriculum. Preschool-age children are provided four home visits with a specialist per year.
