Boy, this is a lot to unpack. My youngest is about to finish her last couple of weeks at Spanish Schoolhouse and we will miss it so much. We've sent two children there since 2019. We are a multicultural family. Soy un gringo y ella es de Colombia. We wanted to raise our children bilingual and there are a few options in town but we fell in love at first sight with Spanish Schoolhouse. All the faculty are native speakers from all over Central and South America and have lots of experience in early education and development. Beyond that, they truly love and care for each child. It's something most preschools in town DON'T do and even some of the other immersion Pre-Ks. It's something about that Latin culture. You'll know it when you see it. Spanish Schoolhouse has that "it" factor that you are looking for. The best part is speaking to my children in Spanish in a crowded situation. It cuts through all the noise and they know immediately that it is me or their mother speaking to them.
