Parent Reviews
My daughter started St. Paul's Preschool as a 3 year old. She didn't attend school prior and we weren't quite sure how she would adjust. She took to it like a fish in water! It was undoubtedly because of her wonderful teacher, teacher assistant and the overall warmth of the program. Meg, the director makes everyone feel invited, welcome and important. I have years of experience teaching in early childhood education and the dedication of the teaching staff at St. Paul's is truly unmatched. You can expect your child to engage in learning time, crafts on the regular and an abundance of socializing with friends. The schedule of 3 hours a day for 3 days a week was the perfect opportunity for my daughter to prepare for a full day school. I am grateful for our experience with St. Paul's!
My youngest just finished going through St. Paul’s Preschool, and I am so sad my kids have aged out of attending this wonderful preschool! I am an elementary teacher and see the positive difference preschool attendance has on our incoming kindergartners. I have been involved with St. Paul’s Preschool in many ways: I attended there myself as a little 3 and 4-year-old! I’ve been a parent, substitute teacher, teacher, and council member there. And I can say that from every one of those roles, it has been an amazing experience. There is great student to teacher ratio, social-emotional development, fine motor skills development, letter and number sense skills, adorable performances, special activities, and more. The thing that makes the greatest difference of how amazing this school is though, is the heart every staff member puts into it!
We love, love, love this preschool! My son attended for both the 3’s and 4’s and we had such a wonderful experience. The teachers at St. Paul’s made us feel so involved with the day giving reports and sending many pictures and I was so impressed with what they were teaching, he’s definitely ready for kindergarten! Can’t wait for our 3 year old to start St. Paul’s this fall!
When we first moved to our new home I knew I wanted to get my daughter into preschool. I wanted her to meet new friends and have something to look forward to each day. I began my search and for some reason kept coming back to this little preschool that had popped up on my Google search. When she started we were so anxious to see how she’d do. Little did I know how much this little preschool would come to mean to my daughter and our family! We are not super religious people and had reservations about attending a preschool affiliated with a church, but St. Paul’s exceeded our expectations! She has the most amazing teachers and I’m so thankful we gave this school a chance. My daughter is starting Kindergarten this year and St Paul’s has absolutely prepared her for this next step. We are so thankful for her teachers and administrators!! We recommend this school to everyone we meet!
My daughter just graduated St. Paul's Preschool in May, after having gone through two years of their phenomenal program. I am a teacher myself, as is my husband, and we enrolled our kiddo on account of my mother-in-law being involved with the church. While the program is only three hours a day, three days a week, our child is far more prepared than I would have been able to get her in terms of letter recognition, number sense, social-emotional growth, and all of that other fun stuff kids learn when they get to kinder. The class size was amazing (though enrollment not at full capacity) and our daughter was able to have one-on-one direction from her teachers while at St. Paul's. This is unheard of in preschool! After having worked in the TUSD preschool program, being familiar with their curriculum and the rigor of their days, St. Paul's preschool was a refreshing change from the inundation and transiency of free public preschool. The fees are reasonable, and the St. Paul's community is kind, friendly, and of course, always there to help in whatever way possible. I've seen the inner-workings of the church/preschool and what goes into preparing for a fun-filled, educational journey for incoming students, and I know that any and all students will emerge prepared for not only kinder, but anything that life throws at them along the way. Everything my daughter needed to learn...she learned at St. Paul's Preschool!
