In our program, all areas of a child’s development—cognitive, linguistic, social, physical, creative – are addressed through developmentally appropriate play activities. Our Emergent Curriculum focuses on being responsive to children’s interests to create meaningful learning experiences. Late enrollment accepted year round based on availability. We also focus on children’s Faith Formation—the process by which they come to know God who is within them.

St. Philip Neri Preschool was a wonderful experience for our youngest son. The program truly emphasizes social-emotional growth, and we saw so much confidence and maturity develop while he was enrolled. The nurturing environment made him feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day. We especially appreciated the outdoor play opportunities, which allowed the children to explore, move, and learn in a joyful, balanced way. Ms. Grace is an exceptional teacher—kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child. We are so grateful for the care and foundation this preschool provided and highly recommend it to other families. We are looking forward to sending our daughter this coming fall.
My son attended preschool at St. Philip Neri for 1.5 years and it was a wonderful experience. He loved going to school every day which was huge! The science lessons were his favorite part of the curriculum. They were age appropriate, fun and very informative. The preschool teachers also work with the Garden Science and MakerSpace teacher, Ms. Kristen, to bring the lessons to life. I feel so fortunate to have been able to have had Ms. Grace as a teacher for my son. She and Ms. Rosie are so caring and attentive. He went onto TK at St. Philip Neri last school year and had a great year and I give credit to the preschool program. The curriculum and social emotional support he received gave him a solid foundation which helped make it a smooth transition. We love St. Philip Neri Preschool!
