I have known Encarna for over 12 years and interacted with her as a teacher of our sons and co-teacher and collaborator. Encarna is a passionate, dedicated and very creative Montessori guide. She understands the importance of the ‘prepared environment’ and has a natural ability to create beautiful, calm and engaging spaces (inside the classroom and outdoors) for young children to blossom. Encarna connects with children and quickly gains their trust. She is patient and very observant and knows when to introduce materials to the children. As a colleague, I admire her creativity in presenting materials and concepts (old and new) to young children in fun and engaging ways (we would all learn new things with her, young and grown-ups!). As a parent, I appreciate her openness in speaking with us and share her observations. I am very grateful for her work and love for our children.

Ms. Helen is truly a wonderful teacher! She was patient, nurturing and caring for our son's both academic and socio-emotional development. While under Ms. Helen's supervision, we have watched our son grow and develop confidence in himself and his practical skills. Her experience an immaculate and carefully designed classroom allowed our son to improve his independence and self-awareness in a short time. We are beyond grateful to had Ms Helen develop a close relationship with our son and guiding him through the early preschool experiences.
