We've had both of our children enrolled at this daycare for the past 1.5 years, starting in the infant room and now in the Toddler and Pre-K classrooms and we couldn't be happier. Both kids genuinely enjoy going each day and are consistently engaged in a variety of educational and fun activities that support their development. Special shout-outs to the amazing staff who make this place feel like a second home (just to name a few!): Mr. Curtis has been our daughter's teacher for nearly the entire time and is always friendly, attentive, and professional. Ms. Alisa in the Toddler room is incredibly sweet and clearly keeps space in her heart for all the little ones. Allyson, the Center Director, leads with professionalism and accountability. She's approachable and truly has each child's best interest at heart. Ms. Aubrey, the Curriculum Manager, does a fantastic job ensuring the weekly schedule is filled with enriching and engaging activities. The center itself is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located just steps from Dove Tail Park, which is perfect for a little extra playtime before heading home for dinner. From a practical standpoint, this daycare is also reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. The tuition includes diapers and all mealsm breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack, which is a huge plus. Class sizes are well-balanced to foster socialization while still ensuring each child gets the attention they need. And everyone, from teachers to administration is consistently warm and friendly. We're so grateful for the care and dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend!

We've been part of the Sunshine House family for over a year now, and I can confidently say it has been a wonderful experience for both our daughter and our family as a whole. Our daughter has made such incredible progress since she started. She's grown socially, emotionally, and academically and what's even better is that she loves going. Her face lights up every time sees Ms. R-Nessa and Ms. Alisa. As a parent, seeing that kind of connection and joy speaks volumes. I have the utmost respect for these teachers and the dedication they bring to their work every day. You can tell they genuinely care about each child, and they put in the hard work to make each day meaningful. The curriculum is thoughtful and engaging, and there are always creative learning opportunities happening in the classroom. Sunshine House also does an amazing job including families through fun and educational events like STEM days, Bike Parade Days, and other celebrations. It's clear that there's a strong sense of leadership and intentionality behind the scenes. Everything is well-organized and centered around helping the kids grow, learn, and feel supported. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Sunshine House has been such a positive part of our daughter's early years, and we're so grateful for the nurturing and inspiring environment they provide.

We love Sunshine House. We have great communication with our toddler's teachers and daily updates. Our toddler recently hit the big milestone of walking and his teachers and the leadership all celebrated with us and helped to encourage his confidence. The director, Allison, creates a calm and inviting facility. Our toddler's teacher Kyla also has lots of activities planned. I love the outside time that is built in to every day.

We love Sunshine House! Our child is in the toddler room. The facility is very nice, airy and bright, and organized, with a huge outdoor area. We love that the kids go outside every day. The teachers are extremely friendly and caring and know our child's personality, and they do so many arts and crafts and educational activities daily. The fact that they include diapers, wipes, and all food makes our life really easy; they also have amazing opening hours (6:30am-6pm) which allows good flexibility for working parents. We can't wait for our kiddo to grow through the different classrooms up through preschool.

We have our daughter attending 2 days per week and she loves it. I'm so thankful they offer a 2 day option as a stay at home mom that just needs a little break. Everyone working there is so kind and they are helping her to transition to the older classroom on her own time. Her current teacher, Miss Daiani, is the absolute sweetest and we'll be sad to change classrooms, but are so confident that her next teachers will be fabulous as well.

Our daughter has been at Sunshine House for the last two years. We appreciate all that their teachers/staff have done to ensure a safe and friendly learning environment. Ms. Dai - our daughter's last teacher was exceptional with the students and provided frequent updates both online and in-person. Thank you for being our daughter's person!!! Mr. Curtis - our daughter's new teacher has made pre-school a fun learning experience. We appreciate his ability to make school feel like home for the kiddos while welcoming each with open arms. He truly takes the time to get to know each student and their individual interests, which doesn't go unnoticed! Lastly, we would like to thank the admin staff for providing a welcoming environment each day and catering to each child's specific needs. Overall, this daycare excels in its attentive staff, cleanliness, curriculum and much more. We have truly enjoyed sending our daughter here!

My son has been at Sunshine House since he was 9 months old and we've had an overall great experience. Miss Cynthia and Miss Brandi in the infant room were AMAZING and helped him learn and grow so much - we were sad to leave them when he moved into the toddler room. We've had a few safety concerns with our transition into the toddler room but the Center's Director, Allyson, has been wonderful when listening to our concerns and proactively helping to address them. Our kiddo is learning and growing so much during his time at Sunshine House - Buckinghorse and we're very grateful!

I'm so glad we found this daycare! Ms. Brandi and Ms. Cynthia treated my son like their own in the infant room. They helped him through his (sometimes challenging) transition from home to daycare. He recent moved to the toddler room and I was so sad to leave our teachers from the infant room! But the toddler teachers have been just as wonderful!! Also thank you to the front desk staff who I know are holding it all together behind the scenes.

Parent outreach events monthly! As a parent with a child in the preschool classroom, there is no where else I would take my child. Quick shout out to KAITLYN!
