When I say that daycare was the hardest thing I could ever do and definitely being in a new area where I don't have any family, I must say this daycare has been so wonderful to me and my son!! One thing I can say my son is well taken care of when he's in their care! The staff is wonderful. Whenever you have a problem they listen ,not only listen but they make it better and solve the problem . My son has been going there for over 4 months now and when I say I see a difference in my child each and every day I honestly do! I will never change my child childcare. Back to the staff Freddie and Kayla are amazing. The WHOLE entire staff is amazing. If you are looking for a daycare this is the place for your child!!

This is my grandson's 1st year in 1st Steps 4 year old program. He talks about his experiences daily. The facility is clean, staff friendly and professional. The environment here is welcoming. This week they celebrated Spirit Week. Mr Freddie moved Trunk or Treat to the inside and it went extremely well. All the kids had a blast and the parents had smiles on their faces. This is the perfect place for my grandson. I wish we started off his daycare years here, it's like leaving him with family while we work! I love this place and the staff is amazing!!

Sunshine House of Rock Hill has been a blessing for my daughter. My daughter started at Sunshine House a year ago-she is 23 months old now- and I am so pleased with her development verbally, behaviorally and emotionally since being part of their program. Firstly, I can tell the Sunshine House staff genuinely care about the children. When I drop my daughter off in the morning she is always greeted enthusiastically. I am also greeted and I find the staff warm, friendly and open to talking about any specific needs of your child. Communication with Sunshine House is easy via their app, and getting pictures of my daughter through the day is comforting. I feel secure knowing my baby is in their care. If you are searching for a daycare for your child consider checking them out! *Update-2025* My review still stands, and my daughter is now 4, turning 5 in November. My daughter still looks forward to going to Sunshine House every morning. Her teachers strive to have a positive impact on the children they serve and their genuine care for the children's development is clear. My daughter loves them, and misses them on weekends. Mr. Freddy is caring, compassionate and genuine, Ms. Kaylee as well.

Sunshine House is truly the best place for children! I 100% recommend it to any parent looking for a daycare that is safe, loving, and engaging. Kim and Miranda are amazing leaders who run the facility with so much care and attention. Our 20-month-old absolutely loves it there! His teachers treat him like their own, and the bond they have with the children is incredible. Special thanks to April, Terika, Scott, Trey, Arlene, and Courtney...each of you plays such an important role in making this place feel like home. We've never had an issue that wasn't addressed promptly and professionally. One of the things we love most is transparency. The classroom monitors are always on, and parents can pop in at any time to see their child. They also have an app that updates you throughout the day on what your child is doing, from activities, to meals, to how much they ate, and even diaper changes. It gives us peace of mind and helps us stay connected while we're at work. The children are constantly doing fun projects and always bringing something home for the parents. The food and snacks are fantastic and we know our child is well-fed and happy every day. I truly couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else. Sunshine House is our forever daycare and it's all thanks to the amazing staff who go above and beyond every single day.

I am so impressed with the curriculum at the Sunshine House of Rock Hill. My son is just 1 and he is already learning so much about shapes, numbers, and animals. The daily activities are fun and engaging, and it's clear that the teachers are knowledgeable and passionate. I also love the fact we get updates multiple times a day so that you're aware of what your child is involved with throughout the day. I would 100% recommend this place.
