Came to share a rave review of Sunshine House B2 after leaving a similar one for the Concord location a couple years ago! My son has been at Sunshine House B2 since turning 2 (now a year and a couple months), and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience! He is our more reserved child, but little by little he has come out of his shell, developed friendships, and has increased his confidence with the support he receives at Sunshine House. There is a nice mixture of organized circle time and free play and a ton of opportunities for outside time which is very important to our family. The facilities are spacious and clean, and the backyard is top notch! Our now 5 year old daughter is a Sunshine House grad (now in TK), and I am sure our 1 year old daughter will also attend once she is old enough. Such a relief as a parent with so many things to think about to drop my son off and not have a single worry throughout the day. Thanks Sunshine House!

So thankful we found Sunshine House! We are new to the area and my son was having a hard time adjusting at another preschool. Sunshine House had a spot open so we took a chance. He has been there for almost a year and he is thriving. He wakes up so excited to go to school and absolutely loves all his teachers. Everyday at pick up, he is so eager to tell me about his day and what he learned. I love that the staff keeps us up to date with pictures of our little one learning and that they are responsive to texts and phone calls. I highly recommend Sunshine House.

Highly recommend!!! There is a greeting from each and every teacher when you walk in. I am on my second child (both of my children started at two years old) that is currently attending and she LOVES being there. The staff are amazing and there are so many little things they do to share your child’s day with you. Whether it’s a photo sent via text of your child enjoying an activity or a note taped on the cubby’s about their day. The comfort in knowing my child is thriving and safe is really priceless. Thank you Sunshine House for all that you do!

Both of my kiddos have loved sunshine house. They have grown and learned so much during their time there. I love hearing my daughter telling me all about her day. I catch my son singing his circle time song throughout the day. The center is clean. The teachers are all friendly and welcoming. I love that they greet my kids by name every morning. They are responsive and provide little notes and reports periodically. I love the themes they have done. They go above and beyond decorating and providing a variety of activities for the children. I will always recommend Sunshine House to Brentwood friends and family!

My 9 year old is a sunshine house alum and now my 2 year old is a current student. I have so many amazing things to say about this preschool. They are incredibly organized and structured and everywhere you turn there is a teacher to help. The children have a fun environment to learn social skills, education foundations, and explore new experiences. They take the time to get to know your child and take interest in what they’re working on. My son is a late talker and His teachers would work with him with sign language as well as building from his language skills that he did have. Once he started speech therapy I would get exciting updates from the staff about how he is blossoming in his language skills. I feel like they genuinely care for my son and that puts me at ease knowing he’s in good hands, and having fun while I’m at work. When my daughter started kindergarten and they did an evaluation to determine where she was academically, when I told the evaluator that she went to sunshine house her response was oh good! This will be quick and easy, we love sunshine house! They really prepare kids for kinder.

My son has been at Sunshine House for a year now. He absolutely loves going to school every day. He has made so many new friends and has grown so much just with in the last 12 months. My son loves that he can go outside and play with his friends. I love the weekly emails we receive with daily planning on what the kiddos are going to be learning about. From a parents perspective, this helps immensely with getting my son to open up about specifics on how his day was. The teachers are wonderful, caring, and so kind!! I couldn't ask for a better pre school. We are so happy we decided on Sunshine House Brentwood 2.

We absolutely love sunshine house! I can’t believe that our oldest is graduating this year and moving on to kindergarten! For the last 3 years, she has asked us every morning, “is it sunshine house today?” And now, our 2nd daughter is asking the same! They both cheer and smile when it’s a school day and as a parent, you know the school is doing something right! All the teachers are fantastic! They have taught our girls so much! I wish we could go back to pre Covid for family breakfasts and being able to see the kids in action!

After thorough review and searching, I chose Sunshine House because of the academic and social/emotional balance Sunshine House offered. These kids are ages 2-4/5 so although we wanted our daughter to learn, we also loved the way in which Sunshine House has an open floor plan with mixed aged kids- this allows for great independent play and allows the kids to mingle. When your little one is little, it's especially helpful because they learn a lot from the older kids- its actually a developmental skill called The Zone of Proximal Development. The staff is lovely, bright, and welcoming. They are patient with the kids and allow them to foster their own curiosities, even if it take a few extra minutes. They are attentive to our unique needs and text updates and pictures intermittently which warms my heart. When we first started, I was nervous and the staff agreed to complete daily logs, indicating what my daughter throughout the day including meals, potty, play etc. My child loves the balance of indoor and outdoor play and seems to love circle time too. Lastly, when my daughter gets hurt or falls, the staff are so loving and kind, they treat her like she is their own. I recommend Sunshine House without reservation.

We chose Sunshine House Brentwood 2 because of the glowing reviews online. We were skeptical in picking a preschool for our 2 1/2 year old because he had only ever been with his grandmother, but Sunshine House has made us feel like family since our first meeting. Our son loves when it is a "school day" (as he calls it) and we couldn't be happier with how much he has grown in his language and social-emotional skills since starting at Sunshine House. The staff here truly show how much they care for the kids and always greet us with a friendly hello and a warm welcome. My favorite thing about Sunshine House is their communication. We get regular text messages with pictures of how our son's day is going and the fun things he is doing. I would recommend Sunshine House to anyone who is looking for an amazing environment where their child can learn, grow, and have the most fun!

We’ve been a Sunshine House family since 2015 with my oldest. When my oldest graduated, he was well-prepared to enter kindergarten thanks to the Sunshine House staff. Now, my youngest currently enrolled and only has a few months left before leaving to start Kindergarten. We can’t thank the staff enough. They are wonderful, the way they teach, their methods and the overal kindness they show the children is unparalleled. We will be sad when our youngest is done with preschool, but our family will be forever grateful for the foundation they instilled in both our children.

My kids have been at Sunshine House since January 2020 and I couldn't be happier! Teachers and staff members immediately give a warm welcome each morning at drop-off. They are kind, empathetic, helpful, and real. At Sunshine House, my kids have learned to foster love, patience, knowledge, expression, kindness, and many more. They provide snacks each day. A nice size playground that the kids love playing on when it is nice outside. Along with the day-to-day activities, they are always doing special things around the holidays for the kids. Sunshine House is truly a safe and phenomenal preschool. I highly recommend it!

Our family absolutely LOVES Sunshine House! I was not sure where I wanted to send my kids for preschool but all of my friends told me to check out Sunshine House and I am so glad we did! My oldest has been going there for over 2 years now, my second just started, and my third child will definitely be attending as well. The teachers make every child feel loved and are always keeping the parents informed. Again, we love Sunshine House!
