We cannot say enough good things about this place!! They take such amazing care of our daughter, and truly put the health and wellness of the children at the forefront. Our daughter has made great developmental strides since starting here, and we love seeing the daily photos of her! Overall Sunshine House preschool has exceeded our expectations and we feel incredibly at ease dropping our daughter off everyday, we know her health and wellbeing are in the best of hands & most importantly she loves going!! We love Sunshine House Preschool & highly recommend them!

We LOVE Sunshine House and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality and loving childcare. All three of our children have attended SH. We always feel at ease with them in their care. The teachers are friendly, supportive and loving. They all feel like family to us! Every week they explore new topics for education, they have music and sport classes for sign up and fun outside play areas. The site is secure with a key pad entrance, they have an easy sign in/out process and the staff send text messages with updates/pictures through out the day. We love Sunshine House and would recommend them 10/10!

We chose Sunshine House because my cousin brought her boys there and raved about it. After bringing our daughter here now I know why. We have been here for 2 years now and love it! One of our favorite things about this place is the curriculum. It is very organized and they absolutely prepare your children for kindergarten. My 4 year old is using phonics to sound out words and even beginning to read. They have different themes every week and always make things fun for the kids. They have plenty of outside time to burn off that energy and even have misters outside to keep cool on hot days. The staff is amazing they are all so sweet and really care about the children. They are great at communicating with us to let us know if our daughter had any issues during the day or when she excelled at something. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sunshine House to anyone looking for an amazing preschool in the Brentwood area. Thank you Sunshine House. We love you guys!

I’m a mom of two very energetic twin boys who attend Sunshine House. I never write reviews, so you know I’m impressed! We recently moved to Brentwood and were looking for a new preschool. I’m a bit overprotective of my kids (ok a lot overprotective) and want the best for them. I did my research both online and by word of mouth. I’m so happy it led me to Sunshine House. My boys love going to school! They come home talking about what they’ve learned and I like that the curriculum is focused yet fun. They know every teacher and friend by name. They show pride in their projects, and as a new mom, art coming home almost everyday is exciting for me too haha! A huge selling point was their flexibility to help us potty train (when we were ready). We struggled trying to potty train twin boys! We felt quite defeated, so we appreciated that the teachers were supportive and nonjudgmental. We never worry about our boys when they are at Sunshine House. I’m sure they are two handfuls while at school, but the teachers are experienced and attentive. They are communicative, honest and approachable. It’s clear they all love what they do! If you’re lucky enough to secure a spot for your child (or in our case children), you won’t regret enrolling in this preschool!

We are Brentwood natives and have always driven by the Sunshine House on Chestnut and envisioned taking our kids there one day. Well after 2 years of quarantine, our then 2 year old desperately needed a different setting and exposure to other kids his age! We were thrilled Sunshine House on Chestnut had a spot available and it has been 1 year since starting at Sunshine House and our now 3.5 year old loves going to school. His vocabulary/motor skills, and even problem solving skills, have flourished and he is constantly surprising us with his increased ability to self regulate with peers and siblings thanks to his time at Sunshine House! On the days where he's a little sad to be leaving mom and dad, he is quick to find comfort in his favorite teachers (which is all the teachers) and they send us pictures of him happily playing to assure us he has adjusted and is happy! We are so pleased with the balance of social skill developments and academic curriculum that is woven throughout the day, along with the personalized tracking of how my child is doing and moving him up to older age groups where appropriate to ensure he continues to be challenged and get the most out of his days there. We could not be more thankful to the Sunshine House teachers and their "whole child" approach. They have exceeded our expectations and we will remain enrolled until our son is ready to go into Kindergarten!

My daughter attended Sunshine House on Chestnut for one year prior to entering kindergarten. The preparation that she received was more than I ever could have asked for. When enrolling her in kindergarten, the teachers were surprised that she was so advanced and asked where she had attended preschool, and with hesitation, she advised them that she had attended Sunshine House. I cannot say enough about the staff. I never felt that my daughter was not in a safe environment, or was left out. Every dime that I spent for her to attend Sunshine House was beyond worth it. Thank you to Ms. Cani and staff for helping to prepare my daughter for her next in life.

Next month, my son will have been at Sunshine House for a year! He's truly thrived and blossomed since joining (right after his 2nd birthday.) He is constantly talking to us about his friends from school, the teachers, and singing new songs that he learns. Sometimes we're blown away by the things he knows and understands (ie, that a specific dinosaur we showed him was a 'triceratops') and we can definitely attribute that to being at Sunshine House. My favorite things about this preschool are: The teachers enjoy what they're doing, they're so caring and communicative, my son is happy being there, and I feel comfortable leaving him in their care throughout the day. I definitely recommend Sunshine House :)

My son has been going to Sunshine House for almost 4 months and I am SO happy we made the decision to enroll him. The staff are all so nice and friendly, and I love that he gets to interact with all of them regularly. Having a weekly email telling us what he will be doing each week (always with a theme!) is so great because I love knowing what he will be doing and learning. My son is so happy every day when I drop him off and always says he had a fun day when we pick him up. He has learned so much since we started him there, I am so thankful for Sunshine House!

My son has been going to Sunshine House since January 2020 and I can’t explain how happy my child goes to his school each morning 🤞- the best evidence for a parent that it is THE right place!  All teachers are kind, helpful, warm and very friendly. They openly communicate with parents and keep them informed. I love that they focus on the holistic development of all kids, including specific attention to each child’s individual needs. Sunshine House is truly a safe and phenomenal preschool. We are truly grateful for being part of the Sunshine House family, and couldn’t have asked for a better pre-school for our child! We highly recommend Sunshine House!

When my daughter started preschool at 2 years old, I wanted to make sure she was in a family like environment. Sunshine house provided the small little family that we were hoping to find. The teachers are excellent and really care about each individual child. They have excellent curriculum which prepares your kid for kinder. Most recently, they have a Spanish class which my daughter loved. Most of all, we are so thankful for the care and safety that they provided families during the pandemic. We will miss our second family very much.

A few years ago, we were looking for a daycare for my youngest daughter. My sister recommended the Sunshine House because my nephew loved it. We decided to give it a try and love it! My daughter has been at the Sunshine House for 2 years. She loves going to school every morning. Her favorite day is pajama day! :) The staff is professional and is wonderful with kids. My daughter knows most of her letters and can write her name now. She has great social skills and does well playing with other kids. I feel that she is leaving Sunshine House prepared for kindergarten this fall.

We have been coming to Sunshine house on and off for almost 8 years now! Our oldest started at 2, and now our youngest has started there as well! I love the VERY low turnover of teachers, many have been there as long as we have, and that is so rare in a preschool setting. They are so great with my kids. Each one has been beyond prepared for starting kindergarten, and they have so much fun doing it, they barely realize they are learning! If we had more kids (4 is enough though!) There would be no discussion, it would be Sunshine house! I am always recommending them to anyone who asks where i take my kids. Every time!

I am so thankful we chose Sunshine House. Such a weird experience for a mom to drop of her kid for the first time and they made it amazing. My daughter has now been going for two years and now my younger daughter starts this month! Maddie has excelled since starting here on so many levels and the teachers now feel like friends. I have 0 worries about Maddie when I drop her off and most importantly Maddie loves going. Thank you ladies!! My saviors ❤️

WE LOVE SUNSHINE HOUSE! Our 3 year old has been there for a little under a year. She has learned so much, has made lots of friends, and she LOVES the amazing teachers. We get regular updates, random photos text to us (cute and goofy ones), and you can tell everyone genuinely cares. We are so grateful for everyone and our daughter loves “going to school!” The staff is absolutely amazing, we have felt comfortable since day 1, and we cannot recommend Sunshine House enough.
