I recommend Suzy Q’s Cub Care without hesitation. Mrs. Susan has made such a positive impact on our children’s lives, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. I started taking my three children to Suzy Q’s Cub Care about two years ago. What I appreciate most is that Mrs. Susan has taken the time to understand each of my children as individuals. She helped my oldest overcome his speech delay, patiently guided my youngest through feeding challenges, and has helped my daughter grow into a kind, confident, and independent little girl. Every one of my children has benefited from her care in their own unique way, and that says so much about the love and dedication she brings to her work every day. Beyond those milestones, my children have learned so many important life skills while in her care. They have learned to count, recognize their ABCs, identify shapes and colors, dress themselves, zip their coats, and put on their own shoes. Mrs. Susan even coached me through potty training. Every day they come home excited to tell me what they learned, and it is obvious how much time, care, and dedication she puts into helping each child grow and succeed. Most importantly, I know my children are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for while they are with her. As a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. If you’re looking for an in-home daycare where your child will learn, be safe, be happy, and be truly cared for, I wholeheartedly encourage you to give Suzy Q’s Cub Care a chance. I couldn’t imagine a better place for my children, and I will always be grateful for everything Mrs. Susan has done for our family.

We chose SuzyQ daycare because she came recommended on fb by people. She was polite and the tour of her houses was excellent. Newly renovated and a good area outside and inside for kids. Then the first day came. Our son did fine for his first ever drop off but come pick up he had a bruise near his eye that she did not make mention of and said that he was struggling with his hands in his mouth and holding onto toys. We said we were working on both of those things at home. She had quite an attitude when I said we were actively working on those things. Second day when dad dropped him off he had some separation anxiety and cried for 15 mins and was then ok. And we were told he didn't eat lunch that day. Because of these 2 reasons we were told "our son had special needs that she couldn't take care of and we needed to find somewhere else." 2 DAYS and then she kicked him out. He is a covid baby that hasn't been away from mom and dad before so we knew there might be some challenges but she never gave him a chance to learn his environment or get familiar with the routine. We strongly discourage families that have a child with separation anxiety or any type of normal child behavior from going to this place. She obviously doesn't know how to handle children if she couldn't make it 2 days. The only things she cited him for was the meltdown at hand off and not eating lunch. Please learn from our misfortune with her that SuzyQ may not be the right place for your child.
