PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE!!!! When we first brought our 9-year-old son to Sylvan Learning Center in Atascocita, we were overwhelmed and unsure. Our son has ADHD, anxiety, and developmental delays, and he was significantly behind academically—reading at a kindergarten level while in the 3rd grade. We were desperate for help but skeptical that anything could truly make a difference. Fast forward just a little over four months, and I am in awe. Through consistent support—attending Sylvan four days a week for a total of six hours—our son has not only caught up but has mastered all of his 3rd-grade material and is now working confidently on 4th-grade curriculum. And more importantly—your child is worth it. At the beginning of the school year, our son was in the lowest reading group and struggling both academically and socially. Just yesterday, he received one of the highest honors at his school: the Spark of the Year award for 3rd grade. That moment brought tears to my eyes. It was a recognition not just of his academic growth, but of his confidence, perseverance, and joy in learning—something we hadn't seen in a long time.
