Our daughter has difficulty with math. We had enrolled her in a math specific tutoring program (NOT Sylvan Learning) and got zero results in 9 months time. Sylvan was highly recommended, so we started my daughter at Sylvan Learning at the beginning of the summer. The results have exceeded our expectations by far. The best thing is that Sylvan Learning does frequent one on one progress reports, so you can see the progress. We highly recommend Sylvan Learning. It's worth every cent.
