Excellent staff, extremely accommodating with scheduling and in person to satisfy all of our needs and the needs of others.
I had to take CBSE and Step 1 exams with their Prometric proctoring system and they were incredibly kind, professional and pleasant!! As hard and stressful as those 5-8 hour exams are, their team made it a little easier. Worth the drive for sure!!
I took two Enrolled Agent examinations (most recently on January 24, 2026). The same employees were present on both occasions. They were efficient, friendly, and supportive. Their professionalism reduced the stress associated with the testing process. I am very appreciative to them.
The people that work here are so kind, it's truely amazing. I can't imagine a more comfortable atmosphere to take exams.
