What truly sets this Sylvan center apart is the incredible team of educators. Taking her from a level 1 to a level 4 on her reading exams in mere weeks. She is also passing her last 2 marking periods ensuring she's no longer endanger of retention. We have had a really great experience with Sylvan Learning Center. My 8 year old son enjoys attending his sessions, and it has been such a relief as a parent to see him excited about learning. He never complains about going, which speaks volumes about the positive and supportive environment they have created. David has also been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He is very responsive and always replies to my emails quickly, which makes communication easy. It is clear that he cares about the students and their progress. He meets with me regularly to discuss my son's progress. In terms of pricing, it was $25 an hour cheaper than another place I was looking into. I wasn't convinced about the group tutoring idea at first but my son likes having other kids around. When my son used to do tutoring one on one somewhere else he was always complaining about going and I realized having other kids around is actually cheaper and a helpful encouragement for him. Overall, I am very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend this center to other parents looking for extra academic support for their children.
