I called Sylvan because our daughter needed extra help in reading. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day to have her assessed. After the assessment we sat and discussed a plan of action for her. Any questions we had they were able to answer throughly. They had many different payment options for us to choose from and also were able to figure out which days were best for us and our busy schedules for her to start. She was able to start the following week. After her first session Sylvan called to ask how we felt her first session was. They reassured us they were there to help with anything she or we needed. They have called twice to give us updates on how she is progressing during her sessions as well. We have been so happy with our experience and we can't wait to see how quickly she progresses. I would recommend Sylvan always.

My two kids (2nd and 5th grade) have made a lot of growth since beginning their work with Sylvan. They both go four times a week and it's now a part of their regular routine. They look forward to seeing their progress and the teachers have been great for them. Because of their improvements they have started reading more at home for fun and feel more confident at school! We absolutely LOVE this tutoring center! From day one, we've always felt welcomed, informed, supported, and truly heard. We are a new student at sylvan but so far our experience has been great! All the ladies that sit up front are so personable, friendly and truly seem to care about each student. Each time I have been there every single student that walks in has seemed happy to be there. This in of itself is so impressive to me- that all these students want to be there and really like to go there. We have had 3 different teachers so far- and each one has been great. My son has liked each one and has learned a little more each time. I feel like my little guy has gained some confidence and some more baseline knowledge in just the 3 sessions we have attended. I'm excited to see how much more he will grow over the summer. I think our time at sylvan will really help him get ready for 2nd grade!

We just signed our child up for tutoring at Sylvan Learning and could not be more impressed with the entire process. The assessment was truly wonderful. We started at Sylvan almost a month ago. So far I love it. I really loved how patient and friendly the ladies were who helped me go over all the fees and ins and outs of everything. They also followed up with me, which I need and appreciate so much! My daughter enjoys going and seems to connect well with all the teachers she has had so far.
