My son has had tutoring over the summer into the fall since 2024 and I've seen tremendous growth in both his confidence and academic skills. My son has had significant challenges in his life that have affected his academics and the staff truly care about my sons success, and I'm very grateful for the positive impact Sylvan has made in my son's learning journey. My son hated reading and writing but his tutors at Sylvan helped him to find his passion for drawing comic book stories and it helped him author stories and characters. He began writing and creating chapters of comic books and it's been a pretty cool turn to see his imagination into writing.

We have loved our Sylvan experience! My daughter comes out of the center happy every visit, and after a little while, she started entering happy as well. :-) The teachers are kind and efficient and she's feeling so much more confidence in math this year!
We have seen improvements with our daughters reading and spelling. The staff is always friendly and our daughter enjoys that there are other kids at her session. Would recommend the Tinley Park location.
