The staff has great customer service. They personalize learning and tutoring plans based on your child's needs. They also work well with your child's school teachers to ensure the developmental plans and progress are aligned.
When my granddaughter attended Sylvan in Schererville, we knew we had chosen the right place just by the first visit. There was so much compassion and understanding from everyone there! They helped her tremendously with her reading and comprehension! I wish I could give them 10 stars cause they all deserve it. Stephenie is such a joy to work with and the best thing that ever happened to us. The whole staff is just pleasant to work with.
