My daughter is challenged to push herself in her learning, but always in a fun, creative and engaging way. She feels safe and is well cared for. Teachers are knowledgeable, genuine and caring. They are also diverse (staff is diverse at our school) giving our daughter exposure to different views, approaches, thoughts, looks, style, etc. This is such an important part of learning and community. Calendar/schedule that is communicated proactively to parents well in advance so that we can plan for events, early closures, etc. Learning by doing. The variety of activities to help a child absorb the information, develop critical thinking, grow is fantastic.
Amazing teachers, clean facility, and I love the sense of community we feel with the teachers and other families.
The teachers are engaged, joyful, and patient, while still holding clear boundaries and expectations for the kids, and the managing staff is communicative and clear. Everyone values kindness, play, and learning. My sons have thrived in this environment!
The staff is so nice and approachable. They always let me know how my child did during the day without me asking. They have so many activities planned throughout the days and weeks that my child is always busy and learning so much! We couldn't recommend the Gardner School enough!
