Goddard has been wonderful for our children and family. Our son has attended for over two years and our daughter started four months ago. Being new parents and having in home care, we were struggling to find a school we felt suitable for our son. He has thrived during his time at Goddard - the teachers have been tremendous and we could not be more pleased with his development.
My daughter has been attending for a few months now in the Seahorse Class. I was very impressed with how quickly she adjusted and how supportive the teachers were with this big transition for our family. We love how much she is learning and growing each day, and we trust we’ve made a good choice for her early development.
I am so glad we chose this daycare for my 3 month old daughter. All the staff and teachers were extremely kind, supportive, and helpful. It truly felt like a family and that all staff truly cared about my child and even showed a ton of support to me. As a first time mom knowing your child wasn't only being well taken care of, safe, but also loved meant so much! I loved this daycare and cried having to take her out due to relocating. My daughter loved it there and I know she will greatly miss her teachers and friends
My husband and I were looking for a good early development school for our daughter. We found this school through a recommendation from a friend and I must say I am very content. There is no school that I have encountered that values the friendships, teachers and goals for children. Everyday I pick up my daughter from school after nap, she always tells me her unique activity of the day. The teachers are amazing here. My daughter started in the dolphins class age 2 and now she is in whales at age 4. I am pleased to see that this location is secure with badge access and the directors and Owners are approachable and very well connected with the parents from start of day to end of day. I also appreciate the beautiful events that keep the parents engaged in their child’s milestones and holidays. Thank you Goddard for giving our daughter continuous opportunities of growth in this prestigious academy
Folsom Goddard feels like family. I’ve been lucky enough to have all 3 of my boys attend and the teachers and staff are amazing. They always have a monthly calendar that has themed weeks and dress up days (which the boys love). I have no idea how the directors and management team do it, but they develop a relationship with every child there to the point where they can tell my identical twin boys apart and know their interests, likes and dislikes. They also go all out on school events: trunk or treat, winter concert (for the upper classes) and the pancake breakfast with Santa just to name a few. These events have helped my boys make memories with their Goddard friends that will last a lifetime. The teachers are also amazing! They excel at building nurturing relationships and getting to know their students. The amount of care and patience they have is amazing and has helped make my boys feel comfortable in each of their classes. Also, Folsom Goddard is top notch in providing the education building blocks my boys will need to succeed in grammar school and beyond. My oldest (now in 1st grade) graduated from the school with the knowledge base he needed to excel in his public kinder class, which we are very grateful for. My 4 yo twins know all their shapes (yes, even the weird ones like trapezoids), letters, how to write their names, and all the letters of the alphabet. They love spelling things out and then having me say the word. They came home the other evening so excited to tell me that Pluto isn’t a planet, but a dwarf planet and then named off all five dwarf planets! I think that they will blow their kindergarten teacher’s socks off in Fall of 2024! We are so grateful to all that Folsom Goddard has done for us and our boys!
Not a normal day care, more like a school. The children are the many focus along with their development. If you want your kids to thrive and excel with kids their age this is the place for you!
Goddard is great place to start early childhood development. Our son has been going for over a year. He loves school and is extremely excited about learning and activities. He is 2 and already knows how to count to 10 in Spanish! Kaylee and her staff support the kids and the families and make them feel special. We love Goddard
Both of our kids have been attending this school for almost three years now. I cannot tell you how amazed we have been with with everything. From their attention to detail when it comes to safety, the staff they hire and the incredible activities they plan for the kids on a daily basis. They have different themed days every week and our son gets so excited to dress up in whatever the weeks theme is. I was also incredibly impressed with their response to COVID. While the world around us seemed to be acting irrational, they were making well thought out practical decisions while maintaining a level of safety that keep us considered parents comfortable. If you are looking for child care in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area, look no more!
We were looking for the best place for our Benny to go and were looking for something fun and also educational. We found the Goddard home and we just absolutely love it. We are so happy to be a part of the Goddard family!
Goddard Folsom is an amazing place full of teachers who take the anxiety out of leaving your kid at daycare. Our toddler heads to school with excitement and comes home with new skills, words, songs, and tricks every day. I never worry about her when she is there. I am happy, I know she is learning and she's happy. What else is there? Go, Goddard!

We love your STEAM Program and the way you implement it using the FLEX approach. We really believe that the teacher for the Stingray class is very effective in implementing all the different aspects of your program with good moral character development also incorporated in it. The daily report with pics help us, the parents, with following through with the program thereby making the whole learning experience more fun and effective not just for the child but for the whole family too!
