As parents. . . especially first-time parents with young children, you are extremely overwhelmed with the feeling of uncertainty of your decision, you vet many schools, sometimes unsure of the right questions to ask of a facility, questioning yourself if this is the right fit for my family. Then you make a call to THRS-Riverstone- and it's a breath of fresh air. The initial meeting you are provided information beyond the questions you wrote down and met my expectations of excellence . . . after the tour know that your child should attend this school until middle school! You experience excitement about all the growth and potential your child will be provided through their top-notch curriculum and education experience. Ms. Bhatia, Ms. Julisa, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Coretha, Ms. Michelle are wonderful women! An all-star staff! You leave your child, sometimes they are happy and sometimes moody, but you know these women love and care for them in any state they arrive in. They truly care about the children under their care, and you can see that in how the children respond to them.

I cannot say enough great things about THRS-Riverstone. I decided to withdraw my son from Montessori school because the curriculum wasn't challenging enough for him and the class size prevented him from getting the most out of his educational experience. I was so impressed by the curriculum on display at THRS-Sweetwater. The writing samples decorating the walls and seeing math journals from students sold me on the curriculum. I decided to enroll my son at the Riverstone branch mainly because of Mrs. Bhatia. The principal at THRS-R is simply an amazing human who connects with all her students and parents in the most genuine and nurturing way. My son absolutely adores her and has to say good morning to her every day on his way to his class. The rest of the staff is AMAZING. My son's teachers always have smiles on their faces and greet him at the door with a hug. The campus is small enough that all the teachers know all the students and the students really feel a sense of community. I really love the variety of extracurricular activities offered. My favorite is Bollywood dancing. The diversity at the school is phenomenal and my son is absolutely flourishing there. My only regret is not pulling him out of Montessori school sooner.

I’m pretty honest and take it seriously when it comes to anything to do with my child’s education and safety. I was very thorough about looking for a school for my child that had safety and plenty of educational objectives in mind. This school has both and I feel blessed to have found this school that not only made me feel comfortable about taking my child here but also, made me feel welcomed and informed on every progress my child is achieving. I’m so happy that my child went from being shy to blossoming socially with other children and making friends along the way.

Tremendously amazed by this school more every year my sons are there. Incredible drive for excellent academics with a very personal connection between teachers and leadership to the individual kids. They have made lasting impressions on our kids over the years. Teachers like Mrs Bennett, Street, Ali, Chiali. Megan, Burke have made massive personal impact for my sons. Incredible leadership from Mrs. Humlicek! Excited for the futures of my kids because of this school!

After aging out of the Riverstone location, my son has thrived at the Sweetwater location. It was a seamless transition. We felt already a part of the community but realized even more so the value of a THRS education seeing the older kids be so kind and mature and communicative. The parents welcomed us with a spaghetti dinner which was a great opportunity to connect with other new families. Very impressed with Ms. Malone and Ms. Le. From the moment I met them at summer camp, I knew that we would continue to feel at home at THRS Sweetwater.

AMAZING SCHOOL! Both of my girls go to The Honor Roll School and we have been here for 5 years already, even during Covid, we went to class online! I wouldn't say all but 99% of the teachers and staff members are wonderful. Most of the teachers have been teaching in this school for years, and they know what needs to be done to help each child learn and grow. Kids with special needs are being treated equally and fairly and well cared for. Admin is great, too! They always try to help and accommodate with what works best for the students and the family.
