The Jack Rua Camp for Children with Diabetes, known as Camp Jack, is a vibrant day camp designed for children ages 5-14 with diabetes, along with their siblings and friends. Over a 6-week period in July and August, campers engage in hands-on learning and experiences in diabetes management within a supportive and fun environment. The program offers a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, nutrition and diabetes education, archery, nature exploration, and sports, complemented by exciting field trips and themed events featuring special guests and surprises.
