My daughter has been here for 8 months now and I love them. I visited 6 other daycares before this one and none compared. She was 18 months old when she started and this has been her first experience in care, outside of my own. She recently made the switch from the 1s class to the 2s and they have gone above and beyond in making her comfortable and safe. They did a slow transition where she would go over for a few hours a day and increased it over time, until she was full time. The teachers are delightful, the facility is top notch, and all meals and snacks included makes things easier for us parents. She really has come out of her shell and I attribute that to this daycare. She gets to do so many fun activities she wouldn't get to do at home. She gets to learn and play all while having a sense of security and love. I cannot recommend them enough. It's a place where you can really feel the love.

The Lil' School is one of the most wonderfully diverse schools that I have ever worked at. This includes both staff and students. The director of the school is African American and the staff is both racially and ethnically diverse. I believe that is what helps make The Lil' School such a great place to be. Never once have me or my kids felt any racial bias coming from any of the staff. This is a great place to be and I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience here.
