The Oaks School is an independent, progressive elementary school serving grades TK–6 in Hollywood, established in 1986. The school uses a constructivist, inquiry-based approach with an explicitly anti-bias curriculum integrated across all grade levels, alongside dedicated programs in art, music, STEM/Maker, library, and daily P.E. Social-emotional learning is embedded in the school's structure through buddy programs, restorative practices, and collaborative teaching. Extended care is also available.
