Parent Reviews
I am writing to you to let you know how much I appreciate your hard work and dedication to your students. I have five children ranging in age from two to thirteen. While my eldest three were growing up I always had family to help care for them and I was grateful for them because I was nervous about putting them in the hands of strangers. Eight years later I decided to have more children, but this time I didn’t have the same family support. I started shopping around for child care in the area. I friend of mine told me about KinderCare and how much he liked it, so I called and set up a tour of the facility. I really liked what I saw. In order to enter the building you must have a code, which is a big plus in my book. Then walking through I noticed how clean everything was and I liked how they have the rooms set up. The staff was all very nice and all the children seemed happy to be there. After seeing all of that I was sold. We have been with KinderCare for almost a year and I have had nothing but positive experiences. They take such wonderful care of my children. It always makes me feel good when my children are excited to go to school and I know they love being there when they give me a hard time about leaving at the end of the day. When I come to get them at the end of the day they are always recently changed and clean from the day's messy activities. My youngest is currently transitioning from the Toddler classroom, where he has received such wonderful care from his teachers Ms. Cleo and Ms. Rita. My daughter, who is also transitioning into a new class, initially didn’t want to leave Ms. Vonetta and Ms. Julie, but Ms. Taryn is doing a great job making her feel welcomed in her class. I also want to say a little something about our Center Director, Heather and her Assistant Director, Lisa. When my daughter fell and hurt herself they did such a great job in caring for her. They called me to let me know what happened and assured me that she would not need medical attention. They let me know that I could come and check on her but that if I couldn’t leave that I didn’t have to worry that they would take care of her. And that is exactly what they did. They took great care of her. It is such a pleasure to have such great people taking care of my children on a daily basis. I actually don’t know what I would do without KinderCare.
