Small, nurturing family daycare with an entire floor of the house dedicated to the children's space. The program focuses on children's social-emotional development and learning through play. Themes are guided by children's interests. Children spend time outside daily in the garden, gravel pit, sand table, and on the trikes. We take occasional field trips to the park, and North Berkeley library and to feed chickens. There is classical music, cooking, arts and crafts, and lots of imaginary play.
