We've had a very positive experience at Tierra Encantada Overland Park over the past year or so, and are grateful to the staff for helping our daughter grow! She went from sitting up and drinking bottles, to crawling and taking first bites of solids, to then taking her first few steps and now confidently playing on slides and balance bikes as well as sharing toys with her friends. The Spanish immersion and sign language learning have been immensely helpful as her brain develops and we are seeing her communicate at home with us in a variety of ways. She also loves the from scratch meals and snacks, art and play activities, and as parents, we've been impressed with the connectedness of what's going on each day with our daughter in the app, along with pictures and great email, phone, and in-person communications with the staff. I love the staff at Tierra Encantada. They really seem to care about my daughter, and I can tell she loves them right back. I love the updates I get during the day about how she is doing via LineLeader app, and I love that there is intention in the daily curriculum even with the infants and toddlers. The communication between Tierra Encantada and the parents is unmatched. I’m always updated on any sort of change or slight heads-up, which I love and makes me feel like the staff is doing their best to make sure the parents know what’s going on and feel included. I really can’t recommend Tierra Encantada enough to any parent wanting to put their child in a safe, loving, and education daycare environment.
