University of Wisconsin-Stout childcare center utilizes a whole-child approach to foster intellectual, social-emotional, and physical growth. Class activities provide opportunities for children to build language skills, social interaction, independence, creative expression, and problem-solving skills. Center partners with the Menomonie Area School District to offer a 4K class to prepare children for kindergarten. Outdoor learning experiences and field trips are incorporated into the program.
