I have been an avid KinderCare client for over six years. I have four children who have attended W. Houston Street KinderCare. We are so thankful and so pleased with the care our children have received. Any time we have had any concerns or issues they are addressed immediately. The staff at KinderCare treats my children as they would treat their own. We had a medical issue with one of my daughters that required some extra work on the staff’s part, as well as a very close eye to ensure her safety. KinderCare did a fantastic job! I was so relieved having that confidence. I can’t express how much stress that took off of my shoulders knowing that my daughter was in good hands of trained, loving people. KinderCare helps my children develop, socialize, and communicate effectively. The curriculum is fantastic! My children have gone to Kindergarten and tested the highest in their school. I firmly believe this is because of the passion of the individuals that are teaching my children and the desire they are putting in them to thirst for more knowledge by making it fun and rewarding. I would not take my children anywhere but here. W. Houston Street KinderCare is a top-notch program and we have been truly blessed to have the staff as a part of our family’s life. I would, and have, recommended this place to all my family and friends in need of exceptional child care. Their level of professionalism and caring is unbeatable. My family and I just wanted to take a few moments to say thank you to W. Houston Street KinderCare for the excellent care that they provide for our daughter on a daily basis. Upon learning of my pregnancy, my husband and I began our hunt for the perfect daycare. We read rave reviews regarding KinderCare Learning Center and definitely preferred the center style to the in-home type. We scheduled a walk-through appointment with this location as well as many other child care facilities. The staff at KinderCare was by far our favorite, as they made us feel welcome and at home. Our daughter has been with them since she was six weeks old and she recently celebrated her fourth birthday. My husband and I know that she is safe and very well cared for at this center. The bumps that we have encountered along the way have always been met head-on by the staff and for that we are extremely appreciative. The care that staff members give our daughter has been on par with our expectations, which we place extremely high regarding our “Princess.” Our daughter learns so much at the center and has tons of fun, too! We have her enrolled in a Phonics course at your center as well, which is excellent! She comes home and loves showing us the new letters and sounds that she has learned. When she starts school, she will be beyond ready with sight words and such. The curriculum that she learns is amazing! We definitely recommend KinderCare Learning Center to all parents! The staff and their love and care give us the peace-of-mind we need to go to work every day knowing that our kiddo is in loving arms. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but we say it takes hardworking parents and KinderCare! Thank you for all you do!

As first time parents, we read all of the books and blogs giving suggestions for how to pick a daycare. What questions to ask, what to look at, etc. We visited several and liked them all, but when we walked out of the W. Houston Street KinderCare, I told my husband, "This is the one. I don't want to look anywhere else, she has to go here." From that day on, we have been more than happy to be a part of the KinderCare family. Leaving a newborn with people you don't know is hard.... I cried. The teachers understood and reassured me. The first several weeks, I called often and my husband stopped by to check on her. We were never made to feel like we were intruding or that we were silly. As our daughter got older, the teachers took time to get to know her. She has never just been "one of the kids," she is an individual and made to feel special. By the time she was two, she was counting and singing the alphabet. When she was old enough, she started taking additional classes to help her learn more about the things that she was showing interest in. Music was a huge hit! Now she's almost four and walks through the school with confidence, saying hi to her favorite teachers along the way. She once told me, "When I grow up, I want to be a teacher like Miss Mary." By the way, she also thinks Miss Liz is the smartest person she knows. I can't say enough good things about our KinderCare. On the few occasions that we've had a concern, Ms. Kelly or Ms. Jaime have been more than happy to help us. From the clean facility to the awesome staff, we couldn't ask for more.
