Parent Reviews
The KinderCare staff has been wonderful since the first day we brought our son in. Matthew has been going to KinderCare since he was about 3 months old and his teachers have always taken such good care of him. We love that they take photos of him doing certain activities and send them home. We also love that he gets exposed to so many different things like doing arts and crafts, music, etc. His teachers give us constant feedback and we feel confident that he is in good hands everyday!
My daughter has been coming to KinderCare in Washington since September of 2009. She started there when she was only 10 weeks old. As a first time mother, of course I was very hesitant and reluctant to have my new baby girl cared for by total strangers. My good friend Johanna Hoyt recommended the center in Washington...She spoke very highly of Jess and all of the teachers...and boy was she right!! After the very first day visiting the center, my husband and I both felt 100% better about sending our daughter there. Everyone on that day and every day after have been nothing but kind, caring, warm, professional, and enthusiastic with the parents as well as the children. They all truly seem to love their jobs!! She has improved immensely in language, writing, and comprehension skills and I truly believe it is all thanks to the team at Washington! I also want to give a special shout out to a few special people who have not only made a huge impact on my daughter's life, but have also made it very easy and inviting for my husband and I. Jessica Sawich has been so unbelievably accommodating and flexible when I've needed to change her schedule at the last minute due to work conflicts. She never makes me feel like I'm bothering her and always responds to my emails and questions right away. She's always very professional yet still makes us feel like we're part of the KinderCare family! Her teachers Ms. Adrienne, Ms. Lauren, and Ms. Richelle are all wonderful as well. They always welcome us with a smile in the morning and always update me with my daughter's progress or any concerns they might have. I never worry for one minute when she's at school that she will not have the very best care that she can possibly receive!! And last but not least, I'd like to recognize Ms. Steph! She was my daughter's teacher in the toddler room and now again in preschool. She has always shown a huge interest in her progress!! She has always been one of her favorite teachers and I think she does such an amazing job with the kids. You can really tell that she loves her job and she shows it every single day!! I just wanted to let you know what an amazing job your Washington team is doing. I hope that this email helps to show the gratitude that my husband and I have for the Washington KinderCare center. We are so proud to be a part of that center and hope to be for many more years to come. Thank you for your time Wendy!! Have a great weekend!!
