My first encounter with Alesha was through a mutual acquaintance, and from the very beginning, her presence was warm, welcoming, and genuine. When I became pregnant with my youngest son, Alesha was recommended to me for childcare, and after meeting with her, everything just felt right. My boys were 2 years old and 3 months old when they first started with Alesha. She immediately embraced them as if they were her own, and that meant so much to me as a mother. Both of my boys had asthma, and knowing that Alesha was familiar with their needs gave me an incredible sense of comfort and peace of mind. Alesha did so much more than provide childcare. She helped potty train both of my boys, taught them important daily life skills, and prepared my oldest for kindergarten. When it was finally time for him to leave her care and start school, he was genuinely upset because he was so comfortable, happy, and loved being with Alesha. Thirteen years later, what started as a childcare relationship has grown into something much more meaningful—we have truly become like family. Alesha has been such a special part of my boys’ lives and our family, and I will always be grateful for the love, care, patience, and guidance she gave them. We’re just kids is more than a child care center its a home away from home. From the very beginning, alesha was caring, dependable, patient, and genuinely attentive to my daughter’s needs. I had the greatest pleasure of having her as my daughter’s babysitter. She is more than a babysitter. She was a true aunt to my daughter.
