Winwood has been great for my daughter! She is always excited to go and to see everyone. Her writing and reading especially has progressed immensely in her short time within the Junior K program with Mr. Josh. Katy and Jenn have also been terrific in communicating everything going on, small or large, and engaging and knowing the kids. Literally my only disappointment is that my daughter's elementary school isn't one of the schools serviced for before and after school care!

I would recommend Winwood with my eyes closed. As someone who works in early childhood education, I have high standards for the care and learning environment I want for my daughter and Winwood exceeds every expectation. From the moment you walk in, both the Director and Assistant Director greet you with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease and you know you are at the right place. My daughter Emma is in the Brown Bear classroom, and we couldn’t be happier. Her teacher, Ms. Jacky, has played a key role in her development. Emma is learning so much, including sign language, which has been amazing to see. Ms. Janice and Ms. Waseem also bring so much care, energy, and love to the classroom. Together, they’ve created a space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. The school-age program offers a variety of enriching activities, and Ms. Juanita who floats between classrooms is incredible. She has a beautiful way of connecting with the children and always steps in with enthusiasm and care. Winwood has truly given us everything we hoped for in Emma’s early learning journey. It’s a place full of heart, quality, and dedicated professionals and with without hesitation I would recommend it to any family.

Our daughter grew up in an in home daycare until the age of 3. We transitioned her to Winwood a year ago, and we can visibly see the academic and social growth (counting, identifying letters, numbers, learning basic conflict resolution, adapting to structure and following rules, etc…. She has gained such an enjoyment of reading and playing teacher at home, mirroring her teachers and her school day.
