Thankfully, we have the opportunity of continuing to care for our students and watch them grow even after they go off to Kindergarten in our School-Age Classrooms! In our school-age classrooms, we encourage our students to continue their social and academic development; before and after school, in the summer, and on days when their schools are closed. Description
From field trips to museums, parks, and splash pads to building volcanoes and parachutes in class, we have all of the fun in summer care. By the time summer gets here, your children will be begging to return to our summer program! Our Director staff puts so much time and effort into coordinating curriculum and fun into these few shorts weeks, and it definitely pays off. We have outdoor play areas and indoor gyms for use as well, and there is always a lesson woven into their activity so we can secretly keep learning while we’re having fun.

Our little girl started going here at almost a year old. We had previously kept her home but she was getting old enough to need socialization and education she couldn’t get from just her parents. She’s now almost 2, attends 3 days a week, and every day I pick her up she’s in the best mood. Today as we were leaving she ran to hug one of her previous teachers from the baby room who still makes a point to say hi to my daughter when she sees her. It was hard for my husband and I to let someone watch our child. She’s our only one so far and there can be a lot of problems with childcare but Yellow Brick Road makes us feel secure. She’s treated like family and she loves her friends and teachers. She’s generally pretty quiet but she gets enough adult attention so that she’s not “invisible.” And it’s been marvelous to watch her engage with other kids her age. We catch her singing her ABCs and other songs she’s learned at Yellow Brick, she will tell us the names of colors and the correct sounds animals make, she’s beginning to understand numbers 1-10. Learning is fun for her, it’s exactly what you hope for as a parent.
We've had a great experience at YBR Bennington for both of our daughters. I can tell the teachers and staff genuinely care about my kids and feel confident that they are getting the best care when they're dropped off. They have a lot of fun, learn a lot, and have made some great friends.
My daughter has gone to this daycare since she was about a year old and all the teachers she has had at every age stage have been great to her. Shout out to Shiloh, Jaycee, Katina and her new teacher Ariana!
Cassandra, the site director at Yellow Brick Road Learning Center in Bennington, NE, has been absolutely wonderful. From day one, she’s made us feel like part of a close-knit community. Literally from the moment we started the tour, we knew we’d be signing papers before we left. The environment she fosters is so warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the kids not only feel safe but are genuinely excited to be there. My kiddo adores her to the point that I’d have to drag her away from Cassandra’s office at the end of the day. She’s great at keeping parents in the loop, and her communication is always thoughtful and reassuring which is so important for a first time mom who is terrified to leave her baby with someone else. You can really tell she and her team care deeply about every child’s growth and happiness. We’re so grateful for the care and attention our little one receives here. 10/10 would recommend!!
i have been at ybr for three or four months i have loved every minute. they came recommended to me by a neighborhood friend! i drop him off right when they open at 6 sherry is the sweetest lady ever i enjoy seeing her every morning. My son is in infant 2 the teacher in there ms. rachel is so good with all the babies not just one she is kind and hard working i know my son is safe and loved in that room with her. she is someone you can trust with your baby.
