Infants
Our infant classes are supervised by experienced and caring staff. Each day, they read to the babies, talk with them, show them flash cards, nurture them, play with them, and shower them with love. We encourage parents to bring pre-made bottles labeled with their child’s name. Please ensure that all items sent—such as bottles, lids, formula containers, pacifiers, and clothing—are clearly labeled. Each baby will also need a sleep sack. Every child has their own crib and set of sheets, which are washed daily to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Toddlers
Between 18 and 24 months, little ones begin walking confidently, eating table foods, and interacting more with their peers. Our colorful, self-contained toddler room provides the perfect environment for this stage of development. It features dedicated areas for art and sensory play, dramatic play, physical development, and open space for movement and exploration. Music and a variety of interactive learning tools help expand their horizons, even at this early age. Toddlers also engage in our theme-based units, tailored to their developmental level. Daily notes keep you informed about your child’s activities and progress.

Nido, which means “nest” in Italian, perfectly describes the nurturing setting for our youngest learners. At this stage, small children are seen as explorers and scientists. The multi-sensory navigations of their environment, the spontaneity of observing, the desire to experience life with and through their body and the pleasure of enjoying human development in a natural way are the focus of our curriculum. A successful early learning environment fosters a community marked by meaningful relationships among young children and the adults in their lives—parents, teachers, and caregivers. These connections flourish through shared learning experiences in nature and through emotional connections. The community cultivates and sustains developmentally appropriate conditions that enable children to optimize their individual potential. From this perspective, the cultivation of purposeful practices, presenting thoughtfully prepared environments that challenge children, emerges as the ideal blueprint for the development of positive school experiences for children and their families.

How many kids can a home daycare have in Louisiana?
- In Louisiana, home-based or in-home child care, also known as Family Child Care (FCC), allows providers to offer care without requiring a license, but they must register and apply for certification through the Louisiana Department of Education. A home-based provider cares for children in the child’s own home, while a family child care provider can care for up to six children in the provider's home.
