UPK (Universal Preschool)

We prepare your child for kindergarten! Our school is proud to partner with the state as a provider of the Colorado UPK program. This comprehensive, full-day program prepares 4-year-olds for that big step into elementary school. Plus, parents get peace of mind with extended child care, strict licensing standards, healthy meals and snacks, and access to live streaming video. We’re also open during all school breaks and for summer camp! Note: Child must be age 4 by Sept. 1.

Preschool-age children in the Explorers Classroom understand the idea of rules and they’re learning to play with their peers. Our Explorers Classroom curriculum help children delve into different topics through age-appropriate and engaging activities and helps build the foundation for Kindergarten readiness. Children in the Pathfinders Classroom will be asked to complete more concrete tasks to ensure they’re prepared for the next step in their education. Our goal is to ensure your child has mastered all the necessary skills to enter Kindergarten by providing individual planning, challenging your child, and considering their progress. This class will build on the 3/4's class and continue to develop & create an expanded knowledge base. Includes longer circle times, more advanced worksheets, incorporates child driven social interaction with proper skills, fosters independent & cooperative play & preparation for academic success.
