Little Caterpillars

Our Little Caterpillars engage in play-based learning with 2 teachers. They participate in sensory play and nature based play in and outside of the classroom. They go on walks and trips to the park. We observe their growth and development by offering the Ages & Stages Questionnaire and the MCHAT.

Infant Daycare

Infant program offering a physically and emotionally safe place for your baby to explore and learn about the world around them. Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. Trained teachers spend time cuddling, singing, and reading to your child.

Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Photos of the children’s families cover the walls of the classroom, creating a sense of community. Our Rittenhouse infant program offers a nurturing, creative space that honors your baby's unique natural rhythm. We provide personalized care for development, feeding, and sleeping in a peaceful environment. Here, your little one is safe to explore and grow at their own pace with expert support.

Transition Program (Ocean Room)

The Ocean Room helps older infants (12–18 months) bridge the gap to the toddler years. We focus on building the confidence and self-help skills needed for a smooth transition. In this supportive space, your little one gains independence while remaining in a nurturing, safe environment.

Teachers also use books, toys, games and other materials to create exciting explorations into colors, shapes, science and more.

Daycare Program

Our Pre-K curriculum focuses on Kindergarten readiness through Math and Writer’s Workshops. Children engage in experiments, engineering, and critical thinking, learning to solve problems and follow multi-step directions. It’s a purposeful mix of structured study and creative expression.

Preschool Program

Rooted in Quaker values, our preschool fosters curiosity through nature and "Studio" art. Kids develop social skills and self-regulation in a respectful community. With weekly Meeting for Worship and a focus on love, we build a strong sense of self while exploring art, song, and early play.

We celebrate the uniqueness of every baby. To do so, we partner with you to understand your baby’s needs. We provided daily logs of feedings, changings, and updates to keep you informed on all the things—big and little—that are taking place every day for your precious little one.
