Parent Reviews
Buya and the team at Alphabet kids are wonderful. My daughter attended here from age 6mo-19mo. Not only was she safe and loved (our top priorities), the team also provides fun and enriching environment—arts and crafts, baby yoga, music, outdoor activities.
Our family highly recommends Alphabet Kids Daycare. Our daughter has been under Buya’s and Zaya’s care since she was 3 months old. It’s apparent that Buya and Zaya have a true love for the children. They are extremely committed to them and to every part of their learning, growing, and well-being. The daycare offers a wide range of activities for the kids from arts and crafts to outdoor play; our favorite is baby yoga. They love our daughter, and our daughter loves them – she has the biggest smile at drop off every day.
The best place to leave our little ones. The energy, patience and love of Buya and Zaya, has no reward. His dynamism and creativity know no bounds. I had my first San Valentin card with my little boy's foot, it's the best gift of my life. My little boy sends them kisses every time he sees them because he is so happy. More than a daycare it's a family!
This daycare is pure magic! Buyan and her daughter are so gentle and kind. My son Gabriel loves them both (and they love him) and he loves going to daycare here every day! They celebrate the small things in life and make each day bright and fun. They send home crafts and little bundles based on holidays and themed events throughout the year. This is a small family daycare, with a quiet napping room, a big bright play room and a really nice outside space for all of the kids to play together. Definitely don't hesitate to check Alphabet Kids out, I wish we could stay with them forever!
I was really hesitant to send my son to daycare but given our childcare circumstances, we had to. When I toured Alphabet Kids, I noticed it was extremely clean and there were toys and play areas appropriate for kids of all ages. My son was 12 months when he started and has been going here for a month now and I was originally really worried about how he would lose weight and not eat, but they feed him almost every two hours and I know he is eating because he has a lot of dirty diapers the next day! Buya, the program director, is very good at arts and crafts and my little guy frequently brings us home something he made at daycare. I also really appreciate that they play with something different all the time and send daily pictures. Buya is also masked and they keep things very clean. I looked at over 10 daycare places and this one was the most flexible in terms of hours (7-5:30 pm) and days, so if you are looking for full time or part time, Alphabet Kids is ready to make it work! I am very happy with the care that my son has received so far!
It is a pleasure to be the first to leave a review for Alphabet Kids Daycare! My son has been attending Alphabet Kids Daycare full-time for a month now (he is currently 23 months old). My husband and I toured several different daycares in Sunset and Richmond Districts. We decided to enroll our son here because Buya, the Program Director, was so attentive and quick to respond to our son's behavior during our first meeting! It usually takes some time for this toddler to warm up to unfamiliar faces and environments, and he is constantly distracted. Within minutes of our tour, Buya was able to get him to sit down calmly on a kid-sized chair and play with a toy. She was even able to get him to pick up and bring back the toy, too! At that moment, we knew that our son was getting good vibes here. We also adored the set up of this daycare because they have a really cute outdoor area that's not directly under the sun. The ground is padded with artificial grass, and there's a slide, toddler vehicles, and seating area outside too. The area inside is also carpeted and padded. It is very clean and tidy even in the middle of the day, it looks like the photos she posted (I have personally been inside in the afternoon). We could also see that every little area was so well thought out to keep kids safe. We are also amazed by Buya's creativity and love for arts & crafts. They always have fun new activities like finger painting, sensory play with seashells and water and much more. In the past month, I've kept all of the artwork that we were able to take home. We received pictures of our son's activities everyday and a "report card" that details everything from when his diaper was changed to what he ate and how long he slept. We are happy to find a daycare that gives us peace of mind knowing that our son is being cared for by someone as kind as Buya and her sweet daughters. Thank you!
