We love ICC at Bayview! The staff are top notch. Our experience was not linear. Our infant had severe separation anxiety in the beginning. The staff was amazing, worked collaboratively with us to develop a plan and implement interventions that supported our babies well being. They connected us to other resources too. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the staffs teaming mentality. And now he is so happy to be there! Another thing we love is how ICC supports and welcomes the entire family. As a parent, I am viewed as an integral part of the ICC family. You’ll love the supportive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere. It is also very clean which I have to add because I toured daycares where this was not the case. :)
